The third Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation is the highest-level international event under the framework of the "Belt and Road" , with the theme of "High-quality Joint Construction of the Belt and Road" , work together to achieve common development and prosperity” . This forum is not only the most grand event to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the "Belt and Road" initiative, but also an important platform for all parties to discuss high-quality cooperation in building the "Belt and Road". The forum was held in Beijing from October 17th to 18th.
On October 18, 2023, the opening ceremony of the third "Belt and Road" International Cooperation Summit Forum was held in Beijing. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State, and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a keynote speech.
